You represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to upload and process all such images submitted to our Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable third party rights.
We take the intellectual property rights of others seriously and require that our users do the same. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
You will need a subscription to set up your premium access. You hereby authorize us to charge your credit card, in advance, monthly or annually, the amount advertised in your package (or such other amount as may be applicable in your case) and such charge shall be made automatically on a recurring basis for each billing period (the “Service Subscription Fee”).
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We'd hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
We have the right to change subscription prices by providing a 30-day notice to active subscribers.
We take your privacy seriously. Images uploaded are not stored on our servers, after processing the watermark is removed and they are permanently deleted after your session.

While we endeavour to ensure that the Service is available, we are not liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may from time to time under the Terms suspend the Service for the purpose of maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.
SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GURANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS NOR THAT WATERMARK REMOVAL WILL BE SUCCESSFUL AT ALL TIMES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
